Shipping policy

We prepare every order with care. Orders are processed within  3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Products requiring additional preparation will have their processing times noted on the product page.

Shipping destinations and costs

We currently ship in the USA. Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

After processing, estimated delivery takes 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier disruptions, holidays, weather, or customs may cause delays. If we become aware of a delay in preparing your order, we’ll contact you.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact empoweredangels@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your address before the order ships.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact empoweredangels@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
